Q: When do your shipments happen and how long do they take to arrive?
A: Main shipments are made Mondays and Wednesdays only. Orders placed before 10AM on those days will make a same day shipment for arrival at a customer address two days later.
Emergency orders can be made by DHL Monday to Thursday before 10AM except for Biovue Cassette Products.
Q: Are there freight charges applied to orders?
A: Freight charges are applied per order placed. The costs are 10 GBP per Immunohaematology order placed and 25 GBP per Clinical Chemistry order.
Emergency orders shipped Monday to Thursday by DHL cost 50 GBP.
