e-Connectivity™ Interactive System Management provides a real-time, secure interactive connection between enabled Ortho AutoVue® Innova/Ultra Systems and Ortho Clinical Diagnostics Technical Support.

Secure, confidential and private
Using a broadband connection and an OCD configured Network Interface card (with hardware firewall), a secure connection (single SSL tunnel) is established between an enabled system and Ortho Clinical Diagnostics Technical Support. e-Connectivity™ was designed with a focus on security, confidentiality and privacy. Ortho Clinical Diagnostics Technical Support cannot change results, information or data. The operator has full operational control for allowing access and retrieval of information.
The Ortho Clinical Diagnostics configured NIC features an ICSA (International Computer Security Association) certified dynamic firewall. This device prevents any unauthorized access to the ORHTO System. It allows communication from the system only to a secure OCD server. This system is isolated from any other local or Internet network traffic.
