Our primary responsibility is to provide our customers with reliable technical specialists with expertise in Retrovirology & Hepatitis Assay Support. The products we support include Retrovirology & Hepatitis in vitro qualitative assays intended to screen donated blood to prevent transmission of blood-borne viruses to recipients of blood and blood components. Our customers are Blood Donor Centers and Plasma Centers located in the United States and in Canada. We provide customers with assistance in troubleshooting, package insert interpretations, product performance complaints of reagents manufactured or distributed by Ortho Clinical Diagnostics.
We provide customers with technical information concerning product usage, product performance characteristics, analysis of complex serological problems, and consultation on serological test methods
