Blood Bank Technical Support provides our customers with timely, accurate technical information on Transfusion Medicine/Immunohematology topics through technical specialists with expertise in current trends in transfusion medicine, blood group serology, and the regulatory/accreditation environment.

The products we support play a critical role in providing transfusion services, laboratories, physicians and their patients with accurate and reliable test results. Our customers are Hospitals, Reference Laboratories, Blood and Plasma Centers, Physicians, and Patients in North America. Support is provided on all routine Ortho Clinical Diagnostic Blood Bank Reagents, RhoGAM®/MICRhoGAM® and ID-Micro Typing SystemTM Gel cards and reagents.

We provide customers with technical information concerning product usage, product performance characteristics, analysis of complex serological problems, and consultation on serological test methods.
