The primary responsibility of the Instrument Support Organization is to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing responsive, high quality service support, defect-free parts and instrumentation and timely follow-up to ensure that the customer expectations are met.
Instrument Support provides assistance to the field staff and our customers on all AIDS/Hepatitis, Blood Bank Instrumentation and Software. This includes on-site service as well as repair of smaller instruments by replacements.
