Our responsibility is to provide accurate, precise and timely support to all customers using Ortho Clinical Diagnostics Software Products.
We provide assistance with implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting standalone and networked Ortho Clinical Diagnostics software systems used in conjunction with instrumentation for donor screening. We assist customers in major blood centers and plasma screening laboratories. We also support our Field Technical Organization while at customer locations.
