The state-of-the-art, 12,000-square-foot Customer Training Center represents Ortho Clinical Diagnostics’ strong commitment to high quality training and innovative instruction. The facility is located in the company’s Canal Ponds complex in Rochester, New York. Map
The Customer Training Center consolidates all clinical chemistry, immunoassay, and transfusion training. The Center includes classrooms and laboratories equipped with analyzers and instructional tools for effective program delivery.
Additional training centers are located in Strasbourg, France and Mumbai, India.
